  We are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant / Office Manager to oversee all administrative operations. This role requires an expert level of professionalism, prioritization skills, and the ability to shift gears with a high level of detail.

  Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO & Executive team in reviewing / prioritizing and following up on emails, calls, other communications, and pending matters
  • Receive, screen, and initiate phone calls, inquiries correspondence; determine the urgency of response required, and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Coordinate with Board members, CEO, attorneys, investors, on critical and confidential matters
  • Preparing, disclosing, and handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, proofreading, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Be available to respond to issues/ requests during off hours and weekends
  • Prepare presentations for the company and other meetings
  • Organize and prioritize daily schedules; arrange appointments, meetings and events, schedule/ manage complex itineraries for business travel, and maintain their calendars
  • Attend executive team meetings as requested
  • Prepare Executives in advance of meetings as needed
  • Manage and prepare Board meeting materials and correspondence
  • Coordinate all requested aspects of business and personal travel, documentation and flight monitoring, transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Maintain list of travel preferences (airlines, flight class, hotels, rental cars, etc.) to use when making arrangements.

  Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize company related meetings, team dinners, and other events
  • Coordinate and plan office move,
  • Equipment ordering & tracking, office supplies ordering
  • Other tasks as needed

  The Ideal Profile:

  • 3-5+ Years of experience supporting executives.
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, growing company that required quick thinking, process creation, and the ability to think outside of the box to complete duties is a huge plus
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written

  About The Role:

  Our products use a variety of modern web technologies, including Ruby on Rails, VueJS, Postgres, Sidekiq, and Middleman. We’re always open to trying and implementing other technologies where it makes sense.

  We are a small but mighty team that moves quickly - shipping new features multiple times a week. To support that agility, we support practices like peer code-reviews, continuous integration, and agile product / design philosophies. We believe that shipping products that solve the intended problem are more important than arbitrary deadlines and use data to measure the success of the things we build.

  As a software engineer at Enzyme Health, you’ll jump right in and work on projects that are critical to the success of the company. Our engineers are self-motivated, versatile, compassionate and can work equally well in highly collaborative settings as well as those with little direction.

  What We Need Your Help With:

  • Design and build product features in Ruby on Rails, Javascript, and Vue

  • Maintain best practices and strive to write high quality code

  • Participate in regular code reviews and pair programming as necessary

  • Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to develop winning products that help move the business forward

  • Engage in regular standups, sprint planning, grooming / sizing, and retrospective meetings

  • Launch new features, big and small, analyzing system and business metrics post-release

  About You:

  • 6+ years experience full-stack development building real-world web applications in production environments

  • Recent experience building web applications in Ruby on Rails, Vue, or React

  • Experience with writing unit and integration tests

  • Experience using various database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redshift

  • Exemplary communication skills; able to map problem-solution space and explain possible solutions to non-technical team members

  • Passion for learning new technologies quickly

  About The Role:

  Today, we are a small, scrappy cross-functional team. Up until this point, the growth / performance marketing function has been executed to by a member of the senior leadership team. You will be the first official growth / marketing hire who can help plan and execute on a diverse growth strategy across a wide variety of channels.

  At Enzyme, we consider the growth to be similar to a product role in that it's your job to analyze data, develop hypotheses, prioritize and test them efficiently, and then iterate and execute on the experiments that are successful.

  You will work cross-functionally with the product, design, and engineering teams to help run your experiments and implement the winners where necessary, but should also be comfortable working fairly autonomously and finding creative ways to keep things moving in a high-growth environment.

  What We Need Your Help With:

  • Develop comprehensive growth plans with leadership's help to achieve Enzyme's business targets through data-driven marketing campaigns across all performance channels, including search, paid social, display, video, affiliate channels, SEO, content, and others.

  • Analyze data from a variety of sources along and combine those learnings with your past experience to develop an experiment backlog you will be constantly managing and executing.

  • Report the results of said experiments to the rest of the team, use your findings to drive an iterative media-buying strategy, and advocate for time on the roadmap where winning experiments need engineering and design resources.

  • Manage and optimize individual SEM, Paid Social, Display, and SEO campaigns to drive predictable and scalable user acquisition.

  • Design and execute A/B testing through software like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or something similar.

  • You will continually build on the foundation for user and team growth through the development of repeatable, scalable processes and frameworks.

  • You will work with marketing, growth, data, and product leads to uncover new insights and opportunities for cross-team collaboration.

  About You:

  • You’re an experienced performance marketer who has successfully delivered growth results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • You have a track record of achieving challenging targets and standards.

  • You possess keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.

  • You are completely fluent with direct response metrics.

  • You are super comfortable in Excel and ideally also write some SQL - terms like VLookup, Index / Match, etc shouldn't scare you.

  • You have experience managing and reporting campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, etc. You have outstanding analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

  • You have excellent spoken and written communication skills, allowing you to deliver complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material.

  • You must have the unrestricted right to live and work in the US.

  • You are a nice person who works well within a diverse team.
